Our pricing and fees for home inspections are primarily based on three factors:
1. The size ( Finished sq. ft of building) of the house and surrounding property?
2. The foundation type (basement, crawlspace or slab)?
3. Age of the property?
(Example: Typical single family home 1,500 sq. ft. , slab , 5 yrs old. $275.00) Price will primarily be determined by addressing these three questions.
